24-drawer chest in red and black lacquer. This piece is a copy of a Chinese medicine chest which was previously used by pharmacies to store Chinese medicine. The bronze handles used on the drawers are similar to the typical bronze fittings on Tianjin cabinets used 100 years ago. This cabinet is used today to hold CDs.
